Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Creative Support. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of care and support for individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, maintaining an overview of services, contributing to service development, and working closely with the Registered Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of support workers and ensure they receive the necessary training and support to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain an overview of services and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives
• Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure effective management of the service

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an accomplished manager with excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and a commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities. You will also need to be a strong communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
