Senior Care Operations Manager

We are recruiting for a Senior Care Operations Manager to join our team in Chorley, supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and working with the care team to ensure the smooth running of services, including developing and implementing effective care plans and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the care team to deliver high-quality care services.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation in line with CQC.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve organisational objectives.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in care operations, particularly in supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
A competitive salary is on offer, estimated to be around £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide an excellent benefits package, including performance-related bonuses, annual leave, and company incentives.
