Senior Support Worker Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our supported living service in Chorley. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to adults with profound learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage staff teams to ensure high-quality care and support is provided
- To contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments
- To provide guidance and support to support staff through regular supervisions
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
- Holding a QCF Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Possessing excellent communication and leadership skills
