Senior Support Worker Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our supported living service in Chorley. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to adults with profound learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage staff teams to ensure high-quality care and support is provided
  • To contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments
  • To provide guidance and support to support staff through regular supervisions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
  • Holding a QCF Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Possessing excellent communication and leadership skills
