The Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Care Team Lead, responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents with dementia.

As a member of our Care Team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care, promoting the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside healthcare professionals to assess plans for care and review medication.

We offer a comprehensive training programme, including online courses certified by Health Education England, to support your professional development and revalidation.
