Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic & Recovery Team Lead to join our Theatre department at Ramsay Health Care UK. This is an opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Anaesthetic & Recovery team and ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered. This will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance, maintaining accurate records and reports, and working effectively with other teams to deliver outstanding patient care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
