As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing support staff teams.
  • Providing cover for absences.
  • Ensuring staff receive relevant training and supervision.
  • Contributing to care planning and risk assessments.
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, hold the QCF Level 3 or equivalent, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
