Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Anaesthetic and Recovery team to ensure seamless patient flow and excellent care standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • HCPC/NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including private pension, life assurance, and employee assistance programme.
