Substance Misuse Clinical Lead

Role Overview:
As a key member of the Adferiad Recovery team, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional care to individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify care needs and develop tailored programmes of care without supervision.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the nursing team, ensuring seamless support to clients.
- Provide cover for the Unit Manager as required, taking on additional responsibilities to maintain service continuity.
Requirements:
- Current NMC Registration
- Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Salary Information:
This role offers an estimated salary of £42,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and expertise required to excel in this challenging yet rewarding position.
