Job Title: Clinical Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic and Recovery Team Manager to lead our clinical team at Euxton Hall Hospital. As a key member of our Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality clinical outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the anaesthetic and recovery teams to achieve exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and excellent communication.
- Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the department.
Requirements:
- HCPC/NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Proven experience in anaesthetic and recovery services, including leadership and mentorship roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
