Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Starbucks store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best. You will work closely with the management team to set goals, develop strategies, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead and develop a team of baristas to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Monitor and control store costs, inventory, and stock levels
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and implement operational improvements

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a management role, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
