Restaurant & Bar Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant and bar operations at Park Hall Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
