Job Summary:

As a Retail Shift Supervisor at EG On The Move, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, including customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the management team to achieve business results and deliver exceptional moments for customers.

About the Role:
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Work with the management team to achieve business results and create exceptional moments through operational excellence

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour, plus quarterly bonus incentives. If you have a minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in retail or hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
  • 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
