Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Team Leader to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in Chorley, Lancashire. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £31,362.24 per annum.

  • The successful candidate will lead a team of carers and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care home.

Salary and Benefits:

Our salary for this role is £14.36 per hour / £31,362.24 per annum. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction program, and a flexible shift pattern.

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Team Leader at our state-of-the-art care home in Chorley, Lancashire. As a member of our care team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting them to live independently.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of carers and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care home.
  • To ensure that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard.
  • To work closely with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in social care or a related field (e.g., nursing, health and social care).
  • Experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
