About the Role

Creative Support is a leading provider of learning disability support services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to fill the position of Lead Team Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To oversee the delivery of bespoke services to individuals with learning disabilities.
  2. To work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain an overview of the services.
  3. To lead a highly-motivated team of support workers, ensuring good practice and the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times.
  4. To contribute to the further development of service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
  • Experience of staff and service management is essential.
  • A relevant professional qualification is desirable for this role (e.g. NVQ level 3).
  • The ability to demonstrate a person-centred approach with a warm, confident, professional manner.
