Job Description:
  • Manage a team of technical support engineers to deliver top-tier customer support and success
  • Implement new processes to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Application Management or Service Desk Management roles
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technical support teams
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
