About the Job:
Henderson Scott Careers requires an experienced Service Desk Operations Manager to lead its Managed Service support team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise 1st, 2nd & 3rd line engineers to deliver top-notch customer experiences
• Implement efficient workflows and processes
• Analyze service performance data and make informed decisions
• Foster collaboration between teams for seamless service delivery
• Develop and maintain technical expertise

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT service management principles. Additionally, experience with MSP management, solid technical knowledge, and relevant certifications are highly valued.
