Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Sales Director in Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management, sales planning, and execution. You will work closely with our sales teams, technical support engineers, and application engineers to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales management, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to develop and execute strategic plans
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
