Job Description

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Commercial Development Manager to join our Sales Organisation. This exciting role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, converting leads into wins, and growing revenue from development accounts.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present and negotiate at a high level. They will also be able to work collaboratively across the Sales Organisation and maintain regular contact with designated major and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the Marketing team to prepare dedicated customer presentation materials.
  3. Negotiate commercially driven orders, prioritizing margin and strategic alignment with the company.
  4. Manage quarterly business review meetings with assigned accounts and present updated KPI metrics.
  5. Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets as set by the Business Development Director.

About Our Offer:

We provide a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance, enhanced pension contributions, and other benefits. If you are a motivated and experienced sales professional, we invite you to apply.
