The role of a Sales Director - South West is to lead the sales team in the region, focusing on growing revenue and expanding market share. Reporting into the UK & Ireland Sales Manager, this position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the PPE industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.
  • To identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a strong network in the PPE industry, and a passion for driving growth. Salary range: £42,500 - £50,000 (DOE) plus commission incentive, company car / allowance and generous ancillary benefits.
