Job Title: Home Sales Director

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the southern region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  5. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales consultants, legal teams, and customers.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
