My client, a well-established hydraulic services company, is seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Regional Sales Development Manager covering the Southampton / Isle of Wight area. As a key member of their sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Objectives:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve significant sales growth through new business development and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Remuneration: This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £32,000 (Basic), plus an uncapped bonus structure and an attractive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, car, health insurance, and pension contributions.
