The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our reach in the North West region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the education or services sector. A strong understanding of the North West market and a network of contacts in the education sector are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing skills, are also required.

Key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, uncapped earning potential, the latest recruitment technology and tools, a Share Purchase Scheme, flexible working, and a comprehensive benefits package.
