We are looking for an Executive Vice President of Revenue Growth who can lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize hotel occupancy and profitability
  • Work closely with the finance team to prepare and manage departmental budgets and financial forecasts
  • Analyze monthly P&L reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Conduct daily briefings with the sales team and direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000, taking into account the company's location and industry standards.
