This pivotal role provides an exciting opportunity to develop customer relationships and drive sales growth within our local markets. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a background in sales and marketing, preferably in the hire sector. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop a defined portfolio of customer accounts to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  2. Identify and secure new customer accounts through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  4. Research and develop customer account proposals and agreements to maximise revenue.
  5. Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

As a successful Regional Business Development Manager, you can expect a competitive salary package of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonuses and benefits including sales bonus scheme, loyalty bonus scheme, pension, 29 days holiday, Perk Box, and Birthday Gift.
