**Job Title:** Regional Sales Director Water Management Solutions

At Mitchell Maguire Careers, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Water Controls and Sanitaryware industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.

The successful Territory Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned region, building relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our team and contribute to our company's continued success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the Water Controls and Sanitaryware industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £50,000 + performance-related bonus up to £25,000 (£7,900 guaranteed)

**Location:

The successful candidate will be based in our office located in the Home Counties region, covering areas including CV, NN, MK, SG, OX, HP, LU, AL, and SN. Regular travel within the UK will be required.
