About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy in a defined regional area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and account development.
  • Promote our Reliability Services offering to key and strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.
About You
  • Proven sales experience in the electrical or mechanical engineering industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
