Are you looking for a new business development role where you will be working with market leading brands and products? As a Wholesale Business Development Executive at Field Sales Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team working on the Ferrero Cash & Carry Team.

You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, offering valuable insights and solutions without direct sales. You will visit major Cash and Carry customers such as Booker, Bestway, Dhamecha, and many more.

Field Sales Solutions is a leading field marketing company that works in partnership with distinctive brands to activate sales, drive distribution, and deliver a Return on Investment for our clients. As a Wholesale Business Development Executive, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients, Ferrero.

In return for joining us, we can offer you a competitive salary of £26,950 OTE + Company Car, tablet, mobile phone, and additional company benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting assigned Cash & Carry depots and building best-in-class relationships to gain greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio.
  • Confidently using sales data to approach key decision-makers to effectively engage and influence areas such as listings and orders.
  • Identifying new opportunities in depot to increase brand presence.

Requirements include:

  • Being an advocate of the Ferrero Brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills with customer relationship building.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze data.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen.
