We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our boutique in Southampton. As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence. You will have total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management.

You will have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed. Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling is essential. Previous retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation, is also required.

The successful candidate will be creative and able to elevate in-store events and draw success from them. They will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store and ensuring all team members are aligned with the boutique and brand vision.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive industry salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
