Retail Store Team Leader - Drive Sales and Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Team Leader to join our team, focusing on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our leadership structure, you will play a crucial role in influencing and exceeding sales targets, maximizing KPI goals, and ensuring a professional store environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading and working alongside the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, recognizing and coaching excellent performance, and building lasting relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for managing customer appointments, responding to feedback, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to achieve high standards, strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, stock management expertise, and a good understanding of Microsoft Office. A competitive salary of $82,000 per annum, quarterly bonus scheme, uniform allowance, and access to Staff Discount make this an attractive opportunity.
