Randstad UK, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Education Sector Sales Director to join our team. As a sales professional with experience in the education sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our reach in the North West region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the education or services sector. A strong understanding of the North West market and a network of contacts in the education sector are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing skills, are also required.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, uncapped earning potential, the latest recruitment technology and tools, a Share Purchase Scheme, flexible working, and a comprehensive benefits package.
