Sales Performance Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Director to join our team at Robertson & Sumner Ltd. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for driving sales success and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts and collaborating with sales teams to achieve targets. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewal payments through various communication channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve service and revenue targets.
- Build strong working relationships within client accounts, maximizing 'buy-in' potential through regular contact.
- Identify cross- and up-sell opportunities, pass qualified leads to relevant areas, and oversee their progress.
Requirements:
- A' level education or equivalent, with GCSE level C or above in English and Mathematics.
- Proven experience in selling/account management via telephone, including negotiation and objection handling.
- Proficiency in using internal database systems and internet search engines for effective research.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a drive to consistently exceed expectations.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
