Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Robertson & Sumner Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales success and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling/account management via telephone, including negotiation and objection handling. You should also possess outstanding customer service skills, with a drive to consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve service and revenue targets, making significant contributions to our overall success.
  2. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewal payments through various communication channels.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers through written and verbal contact.

Skills and qualifications include:

  • A' level education or equivalent, with GCSE level C or above in English and Mathematics.
  • Proficiency in using internal database systems and internet search engines for effective research.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets within given deadlines.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
