Hotel Sales Director

As a Hotel Sales Director at Accor Hotels, you will have the opportunity to develop sales activities to achieve maximum revenue from our hotels. With a focus on acquisition, penetration, and retention, you will work to effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Director of Sales. Your role will involve promoting the desired work culture around Accor's core values and the brand, as well as managing accounts within the Sales department in charge of local and international accounts for both individual bookings assigned by Director of Sales.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills, and someone who has ambition, raw talent, and a passion for sales. You will also assist and cooperate with Department heads in reaching targeted goals as defined in the sales and marketing plan. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to drive all sales-related activities and effectively sell all aspects of the hotel. This includes developing new and maintaining existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans. Additionally, you will implement service standards and procedures, ensuring achievement of set budgets.
