We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to help our client, a progressive print company, realise ambitious growth plans, by managing a team of 10 and developing successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- At least 5 years experience in print or related industry.
- Track record of key account management and team leadership.
- Ability to design and execute short and long term sales development strategies.
- Experience with print industry CRM/MIS systems.
- Financial management expertise, including P&L, margin, pricing and negotiation.
- Results-driven sales approach.
- Ability to assess and develop sales teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
