Head of Sales and Business Development EMEA

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales and business development efforts in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team across Europe.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and expansion in the region.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for business improvement.
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  7. Develop and manage the sales budget and forecast.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Strong business acumen and commercial expertise.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
