Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to assess and develop the company's current sales strategy, while managing and driving a high-performance sales and customer service team. As part of the executive team, you will report directly to the board and be responsible for overall planning, management, and execution of the sales and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Director, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for the company.
- Manage and lead a high-performance sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Senior Sales Team Management experience within a media or marketing environment.
- Experience of working within a private equity-funded business.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing within a trade environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a high-performance sales team.
