About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Planning: Develop, agree, and deliver the annual sales plan to achieve company objectives.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new markets and territories to expand our global footprint.
  • Team Management: Manage, coach, and develop both internal and external sales teams to maximize performance.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Review, agree, and implement changes to enhance the current sales process.
  • Key Account Management: Oversee all sales activities, including key accounts comprising distributors and resellers, while growing global sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a related industry.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in managing and growing sales, including key accounts and new market development.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • People Management: Effective in coaching and developing a sales team.
  • Financial Acumen: Excellent understanding of budgets, cost controls, and margins.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
