We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Sales Director to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our sales strategy.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering significant sales growth in a private equity-backed business. You will be responsible for managing and driving a high-performance sales and customer service team, and will work closely with the board to develop and implement our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and increases market share
- Manage and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with the board to develop and implement our sales strategy
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth in a private equity-backed business
- Experience of managing and driving a high-performance sales team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and its application in a trade environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
