Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to spearhead our commercial strategy and drive growth across the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to join our senior leadership team at Carbon60.

About the Role
This is a pivotal position that requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and technical expertise in contract management. As Head of Contract Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial operations, ensuring effective management of contracts, and maximizing profitability. Your proven track record in managing complex contracts and driving growth will be instrumental in our continued success.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across commercial and people matters, ensuring effective management of contracts and profitability.
- Oversee tenders, governance, order reviews, negotiations, and estimating. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize commercial performance, improve contract management, and enhance business relationships.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior commercial role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Proven expertise in leading complex, high-value contract negotiations and developing innovative solutions to contractual challenges.
- Strong background in Commercial Management, including FM, Project, and Framework Contracts, with a deep understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
