About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our efforts in building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholder groups for our Silverstream System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans for solutions for allocated market segments, sales channels, and customers.
  • Experience in business development and sales activity related to equipment, systems, and system integration within the marine sector.
  • Track record of developing marine equipment sales opportunities to closure.
Requirements
  • Able to present and discuss technical and commercial content both internally and to potential customers.
  • Leadership positions in the marine industry, with experience of working with or for industrial partners.
  • Strong network within the marine industry, with owners, shipyards, charterers, and other stakeholders.
