Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About Enhanced Care Services Ltd
We are a highly regarded event medical and ambulance operations provider with a strong element of education delivery as part of our core business ethos. Our Education Centre offers a range of centre accreditations, including Qualsafe, Resuscitation Council (UK), NAEMT, and The Airway Site Difficult Airway Course EMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Medical Director to ensure quality standards are maintained across all courses.
- Oversee day-to-day education administration and delivery across both commercial and internal arms of the business.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Relevant degree-level education or significant experience working within a similar role.
- Proven track record in leading the delivery and development of an educational offer or growing and delivering a high-quality training operation.
