Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management
- Provide strategic leadership and drive the ECS Education and Training business.
- Develop our education offering to meet customer needs and grow the business.
- Oversee day-to-day education administration and delivery across commercial and internal arms.
- Manage education faculty and coordinate teaching staff for courses.
- Maintain centre accreditations and compliance with awarding body requirements.
Quality & Governance
- Support regulatory standards and excellence in all aspects of the business.
- Advise on education standards and delivery to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Implement systems for safe and reliable education.
Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Package includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
