Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team of recruitment consultants. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, managing a team of talented individuals, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus structure. You will also receive a car allowance and a range of benefits, including a tailored learning and development programme and a clearly defined career pathway.
