We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in the telecoms sector. Based in Southampton, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 + uncapped commission structure, with an additional car allowance or company car.

As a seasoned professional, you will have access to a large existing customer base and be responsible for expanding our client's business technology services across the South Coast area.

This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of the telecoms industry and the ability to effectively communicate with clients at their premises. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills and be able to work independently, managing multiple accounts and achieving targets.

The starting basic salary for this position is £45,000, depending on experience, with opportunities to earn a significant OTE (On-Target Earnings) through a commission-based structure.
