Job Overview

This role is focused on driving sales growth and managing key accounts in the Southwest of England.

As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, managing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a degree-level education, 3+ years of experience in a KAM or field sales role with independent account management, and a proven track record of meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage partnerships, both current and new, to maximize sales potential.
  • Attend regular face-to-face meetings with accounts around the Southwest of England.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist with stock planning.
