Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Business Development Specialist to join our team in the UK sales teams in biosurgery.

This role involves working with Chief Surgeons and Surgeons to support their use of medical devices in operating rooms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with OR stakeholders through presentations and demonstrations of products.
  • Developing tailored solutions for new customers based on their specific needs.
  • Managing and growing sales within the existing customer base to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with stakeholders such as Pharmacists, Purchase Managers, and Admin to ensure continuous availability of the product within Trusts and Clinics.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in selling into theatres and clinics.
  • Pharmaceutical and medical device sales experience.
  • An understanding of the NHS and private sector sales cycle.
  • Hemostasis and/or biosurgery experience is highly desirable.
