The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in manufacturing and regulated environments, and an Automotive background desired. They will also possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, which is above the national average for this position. Our company provides a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Growth Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing daily commercial activities, prospecting, and recruitment of new customers to meet assigned budget objectives
  • Negotiating performance plans
  • Analysing market and competition data
  • Supporting sales analysis and 3-month forecast against budget


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have strong sales skills, experience in manufacturing and regulated environments, and an Automotive background desired. You will also need to possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
