About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes/Luton area. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and meet business targets across Key Accounts, Wholesale, and Independent Retailers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with retail Key Accounts, Independent and Wholesale outlets to establish value-add conversations and sell new products
  • Educate retailers on market and industry legislation to build customer advocacy for our brands
  • Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience or aptitude for the role
  • Strong communication and people skills, with ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
  • Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively
  • Able to use initiative and act independently when required
