Administrative Accounts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accounts Specialist to join our team at Hosie Electrical Contracting Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting and administration, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Sage 50 and payroll is highly advantageous.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining excellent communication skills, dealing with clients in a professional manner, and providing timely support to the management team.
