As Office Administrator, you will support a range of business activities by accurately completing general business admin, resolving client queries, managing company debtors and supporting the delivery of a top-class customer experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:
General office duties: management of documentation including PO numbers, invoices, updating spreadsheets, filing etc.
- Dealing with queries relating to PO numbers to resolve efficiently
- Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing general administrative support to the projects and Management Teams
- Purchasing of required goods and services
- Acting as first point of contact to visitors - sign in and safety brief for all visitors
- Overseeing site amenities and maintenance requirements as required
- Organising catering for meetings, stocks of general office supplies, and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy
- Assisting with project order updates in ERP system

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Attention to detail and quality focused
- Ability to manage priorities and exercise good judgement whilst being constrained by very tight deadlines
- Excellent demonstrable administration experience
- Experience in accounts highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP system
- Strong customer focus
- Self-motivated, flexible, organised and able to work on own initiative
- Team player with friendly and courteous nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
